These Barium Ferrite materials are compounded with a rubber binder and then extruded into desired shape. The products are offered with magnetization in one of three general magnetizing systems or un-magnetized state for custom magnetization or as a microwave barrier.

1. Permagraph
A highly sophisticated computerized instrument, which plots a BH curve and gives the magnetic Value of the material like coercive force, Inherent coercive force, Max energy product and Residual induction. Quality of Barium Ferrite powder, sheet & strip can be monitored and the properties of the material can be maintained as per the requirements of the customer, and the customer is provided with not only a adhesive force report but also a comprehensive report on magnetic properties.
2. PoleIntensity Gaussmeter
A computerised electronic instrument which plots the pole width and pole intensity of any magnetic material, thus ensuring a superior magnetic product with a maximum adhesive force.
3. Magnetic Pull Strength Meter
A unique instrument, which determines the lifting force of the magnetic strip with or without the air gap, thereby eliminating any chances of human error.
Conventional flexibility testing methods are employed to ensure a crack free product and specifications.
