The profile extrusion
unit produces a variety of standard and custom extruded parts such as exterior
and interior plastic moldings, trims, channels, seals, and tubing. Parts are
made from a narrow range of resin compounds predominantly PVC in rigid and
flexible forms. The narrow material focus creates an extremely efficient,
low cost manufacturing operation, and simplifies, scheduling and set-ups so
that rapid changeovers are normal.
The unit's fully integrated engineering, quality control, and die making capabilities
allow the group to offer product delivery times considered among the industries
fastest. Many stock parts are delivered the next day to key customers, while
custom orders usually take less than two weeks.
Rigid Extrusions- Rigid profiles for Refrigerator in a large variety and different colors and sizes , which are consistently maintained within tolerances and specifications.
Dual Tri Durometer – This is a combination of 2 or 3 hardnesses and/or colours in a single extrusion and this technique is frequently the best solution for unusual requirements. It also includes laminates of both similar and dissimilar materials.
